All Restaurants And Eateries Are Closed During The Global Epidemic of Corona Virus, Which Has Led To An Increase in Online Food Ordering.
When ordering food online in the lockdown, many customers would cancel the food after ordering it, which would be a disgrace to the delivery boy as well as a waste of their time.
According to a foreign news agency, a bill has been introduced in the House of Representatives in the Philippines for a person who orders food and cancels it.
The bill proposes that anyone who cancels a meal after ordering it faces up to six years in prison and a 2,000 fine.
It should be noted that in the Philippines, the person who delivers the food pays for the food and then the customer, the person who places the order, pays the money to the person who delivers the food.
That is why when a person cancels an order, the rider has to pay out of his own pocket and his time is wasted.
