The statement by the Nepalese Prime Minister has angered Indian officials and has raised tensions over the inauguration of a new road between India and Nepal.

In his address to Parliament, KP Oli also reiterated his commitment that Nepal would reclaim the Kala Pani, Lampiadhora and Lipolikh areas at all costs.

It may be recalled that the Cabinet of Nepal had recently approved a new political map which included Kala Pani, Lampiyadhora and Lipolikh as part of the country.

In November last year, Nepal's prime minister rejected India's call for a black water zone on its map and demanded that the Indian army withdraw.

Addressing a meeting of the youth wing of the Communist Party of Nepal (KP), KP Oli said that Kala Pani, an area bordering Nepal, India and Tibet, belonged to Nepal and that India should immediately withdraw its troops from there. Should.'
